Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the GarudAgniAI.com platform (the "Service"). This policy exists to protect our users, our platform, and the integrity of the hiring ecosystem. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2. Ethical Use of Interview Assistance

GarudAgniAI.com is designed as a learning and preparation tool. We believe in empowering candidates to genuinely improve their skills.

2.1 Permitted Uses

• Practicing with AI-generated mock interviews to improve skills.
• Using coaching feedback to refine communication techniques.
• Reviewing AI evaluations to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Using live notes features as personal reference during interviews with transparency.
• Institutional use for structured student assessment and training programs.

2.2 Prohibited Uses

• Misrepresentation: Using AI-generated answers in real-time to misrepresent your knowledge or skills to interviewers.
• Unauthorized Recording: Recording interview participants without their explicit consent using our tools.
• Impersonation: Using the Service to impersonate another person during interviews.
• Academic Dishonesty: Using the Service to cheat on academic assessments or examinations.

3. Platform Integrity

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract AI model weights, prompts, or training data.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service (except authorized APIs).
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to third parties.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits.
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure, security, or availability.

4. Content Standards

Content you submit through the Service must not:

• Contain hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory language.
• Include personally identifiable information of third parties without consent.
• Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Violate intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Contain illegal, obscene, or defamatory material.

5. Institutional Users

Institutional administrators and teachers must:

• Obtain proper consent from students before enrolling them in interview programs.
• Use student interview data solely for educational assessment purposes.
• Comply with applicable education privacy laws (FERPA, COPPA, or local equivalents).
• Implement appropriate data retention policies for student records.
• Not share student interview data with unauthorized third parties.

6. Creator Program

If you participate in our Creator Program, you additionally must:

• Create original, high-quality content that accurately represents interview scenarios.
• Not include misleading, false, or harmful interview advice.
• Clearly disclose any affiliations or conflicts of interest.
• Not plagiarize content from other sources or creators.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this AUP, please report them to legal@interviewai.coach. We investigate all reports promptly and maintain confidentiality of reporters.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a written warning.
• Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations may result in 7–30 day suspension.
• Permanent Termination: Severe or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination without refund.
• Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for violations causing harm to GarudAgniAI.com or its users.

9. Appeals

If your account has been suspended or terminated and you believe this was done in error, you may submit an appeal to legal@interviewai.coach within 14 days. Include your account email and a detailed explanation. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

10. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
